dog days

Hello everyone, Im here with a new post.. I know I have repeated this over and over but sorry for my absence, with school starting and everything I have had a lot on my mind.. Anyways here is one of my last posts of Singapore. In my last week, me and my friend Katya went to Haji lane (I swear I would live there if I actually lived in Singapore). It was a rainy day though and the cafe we had in mind to go to was closed.
my very simple outfit with my lovely tote bag that I got for $10, I love it and will take a close up soon:)
At the end of the day, we got something to eat and it was incredible (I mean c'mon, look at the photo above) and somehow we ended up being in a spiritual shop which was just about to have a meeting with others so we decided to join in and listen to these people and their interesting stories.. It was a great day in the city as usual xx

all festive with nowhere to go

So on Thursday I dressed up a bit festive with nowhere special to go.
My kimono is from Zara, shoes are from Topshop, Shorts are from Extrabold and the top is from the lovely Editors Market!
We went exploring to this kind of garden at night, which was so beautifully made, the lighting was also spot on. I was feeling like such a tourist, and even though I am, after my two month stay here, everything I have experienced and people I have met, I never really felt like one.. I guess you get used to the fast pace life here. I will miss all.

Lay it down.

Yesterday was a lovely day, I finally got to do something I've wanted to do for a long time! I visited some nature shops at a cute little street here in Singapore, which is full of other cool and creative shops, cafes. Unfortunately, I didn't take money with me so I couldn't buy anything, but me and my friend have already planned to go back and spend our last days here at this cute little cafe full of spiritual books, relaxing music and nature-like interior, just enjoy doing nothing, since we have no castings left to go to. Hopefully I will take more photos of the lovely area once we go there, but until then, just enjoy a few photos of my outfit haha.. Anyways, for all you Singaporeans, you probably already know this place is Bugis!:)
So another dream came true the other day, I found the perfect hat that I've wanted for about two years.. Yep that's right, 2 freaking years and I couldn't find the perfect one, until now- I got it at H&M! My shirt is from The Editors Market, the skirt is from Topshop and lastly, my tote bag is from Extrabold. This outfit was quite a lazy and simple one, all black is always the easiest way to go, am I right?
See you tomorrow guys! x

feathers in my hair

Long time, no see! Sorry people, I was having trouble with my battery charger and had to buy a new one, after that my actual battery wasn't working too but then I found my other one, but that's irrelevant, I'm here now. Today I had another free day and I met up with one of my local friends, Ashley, to go to this cute little village or town in Orchard (It's a very central place, so it was bizarre for such a cute place like this to be in the middle of the city)
For those who have been wondering where my shoes are from, they're Andre :)
My top is from my favorite shop in Singapore, The editors market and shorts are from Extrabold.
I adore this bag and was almost jumping in the store, The editors market again, from happiness when I found it
We finished the day at a very cute bar in the lovely area :)

See you guys real soon

lost track of time in space

Hey lovelies, I'm back with some new photos, therefore this day has been a success! This day was pretty much the usual; castings and more castings. I didn't get to explore today, I mostly ended up in the same beautiful places as before, but as this blog is new, I haven't shared these places with you guys yet!
This dress is from Motel Rocks
Whilst we were going to one of our next castings, we stopped by a bookstore and completely lost track of time.
I took these snaps at the end of the day, this place was so wonderful and colourful, I was in love! I will end this post by thanking everyone for commenting on my last post, it really does mean a lot to me, you have no idea to be honest..! See you very soon x

Liber Ocean

Hey guys, welcome to my new blog hihi. I think it would be best to start off with explaining my blog name 'Liberum Ocean'. Basically, liber means free in Latin and by ocean, I mean an ocean full of photos.. so basically for me it translates to an ocean full of free photos! Most of my photos will be taken on my adventures, so hopefully it will give you guys a 'free' feeling and inspiration to go exploring too. I haven't finished designing my blog, but being in Singapore now means I have little time in my hands, so I think I will focus more on the quality of my photos rather than my blog's design for the times being, hope you understand.
Today me and my friend visited the Botanic Garden, it was lovely and a great first place to bring my new camera out for a try :) Anyways, this was my outfit!
I had been searching for a black leather bag since a long time and recently I finally got my hands on one! It's from H&M for those who are wondering :)
My blouse is from Bik Bok, shorts are from H&M, my necklace I got from a cute little shop here in Singapore (Bugis street) and my Hamsa ring I also got from a small shop in London (Camden Town)
We also stopped for lunch on our way to the garden! I have been told by everyone that Singapore is very expensive, but I think you can find some very cheap things around here. It's hard to not eat outside because the food is lovely and very cheap most of the time.
Whilst being at this wonderful park, we got a call from our agency saying we have a casting in less than two hours so we had to run off. It was quite sad, we were planning to spend the whole day there, so apologies for having so little photos.
I will be taking my camera with me everywhere, that mostly includes my castings, the beach and the city. I will be basically taking you along with me on my adventure around Singapore. I have been here for a month and I still have a month left, so I'm excited to go exploring as much as possible. See you all until my next adventure.. Have a nice day everyone! :) x
